Program 1 / For your engineers
The 4-day internal accelerator
Your engineers, shipping in four days. Designed with a US mid-market PE fund for its operating group and portfolio tech leads. Every day ends with something running in your environment. Senior engineers tune out canned exercises, so there are none.
Day 1
The FDE toolkit. Your team ships a working ops API and your prompt library.
Day 2
Knowledge & RAG. A knowledge assistant and a process-audit agent.
Day 3
Multi-agent & process re-engineering. A live workflow, re-engineered and run as a case.
Day 4
Deploy & hand over. MCP integration, observability, and the handoff runbook.
The standard: land at a company on Monday, working AI system deployed by Friday. Evals and handover get a full day. An internal funnel taught us why: 200 agents built, 70 survived evals, 25 in production.
Program 2 / New FDEs, ground up
The FDE Academy: 15 weeks
The full apprenticeship: eight weeks of agentic engineering, then seven weeks of the FDE craft, defended in front of practitioners who hold the role today. The first cohort is live. It is the fastest-takeoff program we have launched in ten years.
Weeks 1–8
Agentic engineering. RAG and agents, multi-agent systems and MCP, evals and AgentOps, ending in a deployed multi-agent capstone.
Weeks 9–11
Discovery. Scoping, statements of work, pricing: the translator craft.
Weeks 12–13
Production builds. Enterprise integration, MCP servers, access control: building inside real constraints.
Weeks 14–15
Reliability & handover. SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and the final FDE case, defended before practitioners who hold the role today.
Program 3 / From our pool
FDE pods
